D3Max – Vitamin D3 – High Strength 3000iu

D3Max provides vitamin D in the D3 form, cholecalciferol. Each tablet supplies 75µg (3,000 IU), equivalent to 1,500% of the nutrient reference value.

Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, normal blood calcium levels, and the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. It also contributes to normal immune-system function and has a role in cell division.

Vitamin D is formed in the skin following sunlight exposure and is also found in foods including oily fish, egg yolks and fortified foods.
